1. Time to receive and pay warranty:

Monday to Friday every week: 8:00 to 17h15

Saturday: 8h00-15h15

Except for holidays and Sundays

2. Warranty location:

When you need product warranty, please contact us as soon as possible, we will be responsible for assisting you with product warranty at the manufacturer.

3. Warranty conditions

Products sold at HST are genuine products and are entitled to genuine warranty in Vietnam. Due to the complicated nature of the electrical equipment, depending on the manufacturer and the type of product, the warranty will be different, please refer to the specific terms below.

Warranty case:

  • Product warranty is: fix the fault, the technical problem occurred due to the manufacturer's fault
  • Products are still in the warranty period according to each manufacturer and each device
  • Warranty card / seal of the manufacturer or distributor
  • There is a HST Purchase Invoice
  • Product warranty will comply with the warranty policy of each manufacturer for technical problems

Note:

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service center.
  • End of the warranty period, repair costs will be supported by the warranty center with the most preferential price.

Case is not covered by warranty:

  • Products are past the warranty period indicated on the warranty card / seal or lost the warranty card (if any).
  • For products that cannot be traced back purchased at HST, we reserve the right to refuse warranty
  • Loose the bill
  • The warranty seal is torn, broken, or modified
  • Warranty card (if any) does not specify Serial number and date of purchase
  • Serial numbers on the product and warranty do not match or - cannot be determined for any reason
  • The serial number on the product cannot be identified
  • The product is damaged due to improper use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • The product is damaged due to the mechanical impact of dropping, breaking, impacting, scratching, distortion, damp, rust or water absorption.
  • The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects or caused by fire or natural disasters
  • Disassembly, dismantlement voluntarily repaired by individuals or technicians not authorized by HST
  • You want to change the type and model of the product.
